Its my personal belief that in order to reduce the amount of cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, strokes, heart attacks, etc we must make alot of small gradual changes in our diet. But, if healthy food is not marketed or even representative of people of color, will our families eat it? Or is it a question of the cost? Because organic valencia oranges, fuji apples, or blueberries are hella (very) expensive….
