yeah well my feelings are hurt, but i'm not giving up my soul food…ever. i've made some changes, but to cut it out entirely…forget it.

Energy never really dies/stops my dear-it changes/transforms and although I'm sure we prolly love similar dishes I do not love seeing my family members take insulin, blood transfusions, dialysis, or chemotherapy. We could change "some" things right?

@ anonymous…maybe i didn't make my opinion clear. i am willing to make HEALTHY changes/substitutions so that i can enjoy it MORE than once a year. but to NEVER eat it again is not going to happen.

    O. M. G! This film looks amazing – everything is working. Do you know if he edited the trailer?

I have no idea who edited it, Im sure he probably has a team of folks on it though. Did you see Beats Rhymes and Life (same director/Not to be confused w/ the ATCQ film)?

LOL you know what? when i read the response, the first person i though of was you rob! anyway, it's all good. i think/believe that in history food was more organic, people were more "active" and medical research and technology was more primitive then now. our bodies are machines! we are supposed to be active and not sitting somewhere for hours on end. technology helps and hinders us at the same time.
